Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact me by email in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
If the package has already been shipped the customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
All of my items are protected by a 3 day warranty. If your item is defective and you want to return it contact me in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, I will verify the defect and issue a refund. Please note that if I find no defect the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. I strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days once a I have been notified of any problems. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
If any products are returned back to me and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
I reserve the right to send less than what was ordered if the item is not in stock. A refund will be given on items that did not ship.
